Microfiber Warranty
At Norwex we are proud of our unique, high quality microfiber and want you to be as thrilled as we are with the product. We are happy to assist you with any item that did not meet your expectations. Our 2-year microfiber warranty covers any problem you may encounter outside of normal wear and tear. If you are not pleased with how a microfiber product has worn or performed you may contact your Consultant to have the item replaced, at no additional charge, through Norwex Customer Service Returns.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Norwex Product, you or the Norwex consultant may return the unused portion of the Product within 60 (sixty) days from the date of Purchase provided that the original receipt with Purchase date accompanies the Products.
For Products returned pursuant to this policy, Norwex will, at your option: (a)refund the amounts paid for the Products by crediting 100% of the Purchase price (less shipping and handling charges) and sales tax (i) back to the original payment method used including credit card, PayPal, Norwex Credits earned through Perks programs, or store credit or (ii) as online store credit issued to your account; or (b)exchange the returned Product for a Product of equal or lesser value as selected by you. The original order will be refunded and a new order will be submitted, as well as applicable sales tax and shipping and handling charges.
